Short on time? Here's the essentials:

Captain Flint, a formidable pirate captain, fights to establish a free pirate republic in Nassau, while his cunning quartermaster, Long John Silver, navigates shifting loyalties to protect his people. Eleanor Guthrie, now allied with British Governor Woodes Rogers, works to bring order to the island, clashing with the pirates. The season centers on the intense struggle for control of Nassau and the legendary Urca treasure.

Alliances constantly shift as Flint and Silver's partnership is tested. Governor Rogers brutally executes Blackbeard, a legendary pirate, marking his ruthless intent. Flint makes a shocking decision, surrendering himself as a hostage, but Silver later betrays Billy Bones, a former ally, to secure his own position. The conflict escalates as Eleanor Guthrie is killed by a Spanish soldier during Nassau's fall. Flint then betrays Silver, absconding with the treasure, leading to a final confrontation with Rogers.

Ultimately, Flint and Silver defeat Rogers, but Silver sends Flint to reunite with Thomas Hamilton, offering him a peaceful end. Nassau is left under new leadership, and Silver rises as a powerful figure.
