Short on time? Here's the essentials:
Captain Flint, a feared pirate, relentlessly hunts for the legendary Spanish treasure galleon, the Urca de Lima, believing its immense riches will secure Nassau's future. He gains a cunning new crewman, John Silver, who secretly possesses a vital page from the Urca's logbook. The pursuit is fraught with internal conflict; Flint throws Billy Bones overboard, a trusted crewman, and later murders Gates, his quartermaster, to protect his secrets and maintain command.
