Short on time? Here's the essentials:

The season begins with Captain Flint, a ruthless pirate driven by a desire for revenge and control, continuing his violent campaign after the destruction of Charles Town. He is joined by Captain Vane, a pragmatic pirate leader focused on Nassau's survival, and the legendary Blackbeard, who arrives seeking his old friend Vane. The core premise is the struggle for power and survival among pirates in Nassau as they face threats from both within and the encroaching British Empire.

The central conflict escalates as Nassau is threatened by an incoming British fleet. Flint and Silver forge a crucial alliance, while Vane reluctantly accepts Blackbeard's help to defend the city. Blackbeard's arrival in Nassau marks a significant shift. Later, Vane is captured and, despite attempts to save him, is executed by Eleanor Guthrie, a former ally now working with the British. This shocking event ignites a rebellion in Nassau.

The season ends with the pirates, led by Flint and Silver, preparing for further war against the British, having secured a captured English ship.
