Tommy, haunted by his past and driven by family loyalty, faces new threats as he navigates the criminal underworld. This season, his focus shifts to protecting his family and securing their future.

Tommy's world is shattered by the tragic death of his daughter, Ruby, a loss that fuels his quest for vengeance. He also grapples with a supposed terminal illness, which he believes is a curse. Key turning points include Tommy discovering he has an unknown son, Duke, and confronting his enemies, including Michael Gray.
