Season 1992, Episode 1: No Time to Die - Lieutenant Columbo attends his nephew Andy's wedding, but the bride, Melissa, is abducted from her honeymoon suite by obsessive fan Rudy Strassa. Columbo leads a frantic search to prevent Strassa from carrying out his twisted plan to force a wedding and murder her. The episode concludes with Andy Parma shooting and killing Strassa, rescuing Melissa.

Season 1992, Episode 2: A Bird in the Hand... - Gambler Harold McCain plots to kill his wealthy uncle, Big Fred, with a car bomb for inheritance. However, Fred is killed by a hit-and-run driver before the bomb detonates. Columbo investigates, and Fred's gardener is killed in the ensuing explosion when he moves the car. Harold attempts to blackmail Fred's wife, Dolores, whom he suspects of the hit-and-run. Dolores then murders Harold to silence him. Columbo ultimately exposes Dolores as the killer of both men, arresting her for Harold's murder.
