Season 1994, Episode 2: Undercover - Columbo goes undercover to solve a series of murders linked to pieces of a photograph revealing the location of $4 million in stolen bank loot. He partners with insurance investigator Irving Krutch, who is secretly the killer, eliminating anyone with a photo piece. Columbo ultimately exposes Krutch's alibi as false using a parking meter coin with his fingerprint. Krutch confesses to the murders, and the stolen money is recovered, though Columbo shows little interest in the cash.
