Raymond Cruz is an American actor of Mexican descent. He is widely recognized for his roles as Detective Julio Sanchez in the TV series "The Closer" and "Major Crimes", and as the volatile drug lord Tuco Salamanca in "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul". Cruz won an Imagen Award for Best Supporting Actor in Television for his work on "The Closer" in 2009.
