Frankie Faison

Frankie Faison is an American actor known for his prominent roles as Commissioner Ervin Burrell in the HBO series The Wire, and as Barney Matthews across the Hannibal Lecter film franchise. He also gained recognition for his work in the Cinemax series Banshee as Sugar Bates, and for a Tony Award nomination for his performance in the Broadway play "Fences".
