Isiah Whitlock Jr.

Isiah Whitlock Jr. is an American actor, widely recognized for his role as corrupt State Senator Clay Davis in the HBO series The Wire. He is also known for his frequent collaborations with director Spike Lee, appearing in films like 25th Hour and Da 5 Bloods. Whitlock Jr. was nominated for a Black Reel Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2012 and won an IGN Award for Best Movie Ensemble in 2020.
