Karen Aldridge

Karen Aldridge is an American actress known for her roles in television series such as "Fargo" (2020), "Severance" (2022–2025), and "Boss" (2011–2012). She also originated the role of Mrs. Phelps in the Broadway production of "Matilda the Musical". Aldridge has received a Black Theater Alliance Award and The Ruby Dee Award for Best Leading Actress in a Play for "Proof", and a Jeff Award for Performer in a Supporting Role, Play for "Is God Is".
