Tobias Menzies

Tobias Menzies is an English actor. He is widely recognized for his roles as Prince Philip in "The Crown," for which he won a Primetime Emmy Award, and for playing Frank and Jonathan "Black Jack" Randall in "Outlander." Menzies also appeared in "Game of Thrones" and "Rome."
