Tantoo Cardinal is a celebrated Canadian actress of Cree and Métis heritage. She is widely recognized for her roles in films such as "Dances with Wolves," "Legends of the Fall," and "Killers of the Flower Moon," as well as TV series like "North of 60" and "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman." Cardinal has received numerous accolades, including being made a Member of the Order of Canada, a Gemini Award, the Earle Grey Award for lifetime achievement, and a Governor General's Performing Arts Award.
