Lawrence Gilliard Jr. is an American actor widely recognized for his roles as D'Angelo Barksdale in HBO's The Wire and Bob Stookey in AMC's The Walking Dead. He has also appeared in films like Gangs of New York. Gilliard received a "Best Ensemble" award from the NAACP for his stage performance in "Topdog/Underdog".
