Tommy Flanagan is a Scottish actor, born in Glasgow. He is widely recognized for his role as Filip "Chibs" Telford in the TV series Sons of Anarchy and its spin-off Mayans M.C.. His notable film appearances include Braveheart, Gladiator, and Sin City. Flanagan received a Copper Wing Award for Best Ensemble Acting at the 2002 Phoenix Film Festival for Dead Dogs Lie.
