Rocky Carroll

Rocky Carroll is an American actor and director, born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is widely recognized for his roles as Director Leon Vance in the CBS drama NCIS and its spin-offs, Joey Emerson on the Fox comedy-drama Roc, and Dr. Keith Wilkes on Chicago Hope. Carroll earned a Tony Award nomination for his performance in the Broadway production of "The Piano Lesson" and multiple NAACP Image Award nominations for his work on "Chicago Hope" and "NCIS".
