Richard Rankin is a Scottish actor, widely recognized for his role as Roger Wakefield MacKenzie in the Starz historical drama series "Outlander". He has also starred in the Scottish sketch show "Burnistoun" and the 2024 BBC series "Rebus". Rankin won Best Actor at the 2023 British Short Film Awards for his work in "Hello, Muscles".
