Colin McFarlane
Colin McFarlane is a British actor, narrator, and voice actor. He is widely recognized for his roles as Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb in "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight", and Ulysses in the STARZ series "Outlander". He also provided the voice for The Cube in the ITV game show and JJ in "Bob the Builder". McFarlane received the Time Out Best Actor award for his performance in "Two Horsemen" and an honorary degree from Loughborough University.
