Rocky Carroll ist ein amerikanischer Schauspieler und Regisseur, geboren in Cincinnati, Ohio. Er ist weithin bekannt für seine Rollen als Direktor Leon Vance in der CBS-Dramaserie NCIS und deren Spin-offs, Joey Emerson in der Fox-Comedy-Dramaserie Roc und Dr. Keith Wilkes in Chicago Hope. Carroll erhielt eine Tony-Award-Nominierung für seine Leistung in der Broadway-Produktion von "The Piano Lesson" und mehrere NAACP Image Award-Nominierungen für seine Arbeit an "Chicago Hope" und "NCIS".
